Our lovely South facing Balcony overlooking the courtyard, swimming pool, and waterfall

'El Patio'is a 2 bedroom apartment with rooftop terrace. The apartment is situated on the edge of the little Spanish Village of Algorfa, surrounded by orange and lemon groves. We are in a gated courtyard with swimming pool,waterfall, and shrubs. With lifts that take you from the underground car park to the apartment. Just inside the hallway we have CCTV so you can see who is calling on you. with views of the front and rear entrances gates. All floors are done in cool marble except of course the bathrooms and the balcony.

In the lounge we have Satellite TV with DVD (No missing your favourite soap or Reality Show) There is also a CD player and radio. There are many CD's Movies, Books, and games for you and your families enjoyment. We have also a file with all the relevant information on the area,golf courses, maps, telephone numbers, restaurants, and market days. There is Hot and Cold Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan in the lounge. Patio doors lead out onto the south facing balcony with views of the courtyard and swimming pool. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before touring or 'sand in your sandwiches' at the beach. There is a freezer box,for your use at the beach, or for a picnic. The new modern kitchen comprises of granite work surfaces, Stainless Steel appliances i.e. Cooker, Fridge/freezer and Ceramic Hob, kettle, toaster, and all your dishes, glasses, and cutlery. A seperate utility room houses the microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and 2 airers. The best thing here is you can shut the door on the 'dreaded wash' THERE IS NO GAS IN THIS PROPERTY!! Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed with wrought iron headboard, 2 pine bedside tables with bedside lamps, pine wardrobe, dressing table and stool,and 1 hairdryer. There is also a safe for your jewellery, passports and money. Patio doors lead out onto the balcony. Bedroom 2: Twin beds with wrought iron headboards,bedside table, and lamp, pine wardrobe and a 4 basket wrought iron unit, and hairdryer. The Main bathroom has Bath, shower, toilet, washbasin, and large vanity unit. There is a seperate guest toilet and with washbasin. Just above the Apartment is our very own roof terrace were you can enjoy 'al fresco'dining, BBQ, and a drink or two. There is a large table with 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers, an extra large parasol and a Gas BBQ. There are 4 more sun loungers in the apartment for you to take down to the pool. Here you can enjoy the views of Mount Callosa, and a large range of mountains,also surrounding orange and lemon groves. The sunset is stunning!!
